Refund policy

At Raza BioVita, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened supplement, vitamin, or personal care product.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, contact us immediately at razadealz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it was our error.
