  • Same Day/Next Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday through Thursday) are shipped out the same day or the next business day. RAZA

  • Tracking Information: Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Customers are responsible for being present at the delivery location on the expected delivery day. RAZA

  • Responsibility Post-Shipping: RazaOutlet.com is not responsible for packages once they leave their facility. Any claims or issues with delivery should be directed to UPS at 1-800-742-5877. RAZA+1RAZA+1

  • Return Shipments: If an order is returned to RazaOutlet.com by UPS for any reason, the customer is financially responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the order. RAZA

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your package, as well as the distance from Indianapolis, IN, to your preferred shipping destination. RAZA

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S.)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on customs

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact razadealz@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx to resolve the issue.

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Some items may be restricted by region due to ingredient regulations.
